Junior Web Developer

We’re looking for an enthusiastic junior web developer to join our ever growing creative and talented team. You will be working as part of our existing development team to bring our designers creative website designs to life.

We’re hiring for an exciting new role within our expanding digital team. You will be able to work both independently and within a team of both developers and designers, using various methods of development processes to create brochure websites, e-commerce websites and more.

You must be a self-starter with a keen interest in all thing web and able to deliver results on-time and to schedule. You will be reporting directly to the senior developer.

Role requirements

  • Skills in HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, JQuery
  • A good understanding of responsive website design
  • A good understanding of PHP and MySQL
  • Experience with WordPress development
  • Proficient in at least one of the following: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • A keen attention to detail – 1 pixel out matters to us
  • Thorough approach to testing and debugging your work
  • Good timekeeping, and excellent communication skills- verbal and written
  • We are a Mac based studio

Other desirable skills

  • 1+ years agency side experience in the skillset above
  • Helping to scope and plan work
  • Full WordPress theme development
  • WooCommerce and Magento support and development
  • Framework experience such as Bootstrap
  • Experience with cPanel and other web control panel interfaces

Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, proactive and well organised Account Manager to join our growing team. If building client relationships, winning new business and delivering outstanding projects is what makes you tick, then we’d like to talk to you.

What skills will you need?

You should be comfortable and confident liaising with clients and taking creative briefs and then advising and working with our creative team in order to deliver on these.

As well as responding to client needs, this role also involves a degree of business development, whether it is growing existing accounts or spotting business opportunities.

As well as an ability to manage client accounts, you will have an ability to manage the other team members, inspiring colleagues to deliver the highest quality creative output and excellent client service.

What will the role involve?

  •  Research and strategic thinking
  •  Attending client meetings and pitches
  •  Taking detailed client briefs and interpreting these into proposals and estimates
  •  Project planning and delivery from concept to completion
  •  Meticulous budget and job-flow management
  •  Developing new business from the acquisition of new clients and from existing clients
